Variable Valve Control

In gasoline engines, variable valve control is the prerequisite for low fuel consumption and thus low CO₂ emissions. For systems that switch between different cam profiles, Hirschvogel supplies carrier shafts and camshafts, as well as eccentric shafts for fully variable systems. To ensure system functionality, it is essential that the components do not distort during production. Modern machinery and longstanding experience in forging and heat treatment enable us to reliably produce components that meet the most stringent tolerance requirements.
